OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated June 30, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , and

Section 6 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased to approve the Minister of Natural Resources entering into an agreement with the Canadian Interagency Forest Fire Centre (CIFFC) and member agencies to mutually share wildland fire management resources, in the form set forth in

Schedule ‘A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, or an agreement to like form and effect.
