OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism dated August 7, 2013, and pursuant to paragraphs 105, 107, and 109 of the Articles of Association of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited, is pleased to appoint the Deputy Minister of Economic and Rural Development and Tourism as a voting member of the Board of Directors of Waterfront Development Corporation Limited commencing September 3, 2013.
