Order in Council 1511/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 27(1) and 30(1) of the Securities Commission Act, 2021, Timothy Moseley , of Toronto, is reappointed as a full-time adjudicator of the Capital Markets Tribunal for a fixed term of three (3) years and is redesignated as the Chief Adjudicator for the term of his appointment, effective April 29, 2025.
