B.C. Reg. 309/2009 , deposited December 11, 2009, pursuant to the OFFENCE ACT [Section 132]. Order in Council 713/2009, approved and ordered December 10, 2009.

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that

(

a) effective January 1, 2010,

Schedule 3 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by striking out " sections 24 (6) (a), (

b) and (c), 58 (1) and (2), 69 (1) to (3), 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1), 74, 95 (1), 100 (1), 102, 122 (4), 224 and 226 (1) of that Act " and substituting " sections 24 (6) (a), (

b) and (c), 58 (1) and (2), 69 (1) to (3), 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1), 74, 95 (1), 100 (1), 102, 122 (4), 214.2, 224 and 226 (1) of that Act " and

(

b) effective February 1, 2010,

Schedule 3 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended by striking out " sections 24 (6) (a), (

b) and (c), 58 (1) and (2), 69 (1) to (3), 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1), 74, 95 (1), 100 (1), 102, 122 (4), 214.2, 224 and 226 (1) of that Act " and substituting " sections 24 (6) (a), (

b) and (c), 58 (1) and (2), 69 (1) to (3), 70 (1) (

a) and (1.1), 74, 95 (1), 100 (1), 102, 122 (4), 224 and 226 (1) of that Act ".
