OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated July 15, 2007, and pursuant to
Section 6 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to give approval to the Minister of Health to enter into a Memorandum of Understanding with the Canadian Institute for Health Research regarding a project respecting access to quality colorectal cancer services, effective on and after August 17, 2007.
