OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development and Tourism to the Minister of Finance dated June 18, 1998, pursuant to Sections 2, 13, 16 and 17 of

Chapter 49 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended by

Chapter 14 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1992, the Business Development Corporation Act, and pursuant to

Section 59 of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, and the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated July 3, 1998, pursuant to

Section 59 of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, as amended, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) amend Order in Council 98-66 dated February 3, 1998, by deleting clause (

a) thereof and substituting therefor the following: " (

a) authorize financial assistance to Walton Bucket Works Inc., in such form as the Attorney General may approve by way of a guarantee of $70,000.00 on terms and conditions set forth in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation; and"; and (

b) authorize the Nova Scotia Business Development Corporation to execute the amended guarantee and such other agreements and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
