OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated November 15, 2010, and pursuant to subsections 16(1), (2), (3), and (4),

Section 17, subsections 94(1), (2) and (3) of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to: (

a) appoint Patrick Bourque of River Bourgeois, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Management member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), for a term of three (3) years commencing December 13, 2010; (

b) fix the remuneration of Patrick Bourque at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Construction Industry Panel, a Division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (

c) appoint Cordell Cole of White's Lake, Halifax Regional Municipality, as an Alternate Labour member of the Construction Industry Panel, a division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), for a term of three (3) years commencing December 13, 2010; and (

d) fix the remuneration for Cordell Cole at the rate of $150.00 per day for each day he necessarily attends to the business of the Construction Industry Panel, a Division of the Labour Relations Board (Nova Scotia), in addition to such actual and reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
