OIC Text: -84 The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Lands and Forestry dated March 3, 2021, and pursuant to subsection 7(

a) of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to approve the Minister of Lands and Forestry: (

a) acquiring approximately 141.2 hectares (348.91 acres) of land located at Kewstoke, Inverness County, and approximately 44.5 hectares (110.0 acres) of land located at West Dalhousie, Annapolis County, Nova Scotia (currently identified as PIDs: 50109503; 50294271; and 05090592) shown outlined in bold on the maps marked Schedules "A" and "B", which are attached to and form part of the Report and Recommendation, from Teal Forest Resources Inc. or its approved successors or assigns for a purchase price of $250,000.00 (plus HST if applicable), subject to the condition that Teal Forest Resources Inc. or its approved successors or assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) executing such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
