Order in Council 718/2021

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 14 (1.1) and (2) of the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Act , as amended,

Robert Fuller of Simcoe

be appointed as a part-time member and Vice-Chair of the Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs Appeal Tribunal for a fixed term of two years, effective as of the date that this Order in Council is approved and ordered.
