OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated September 23, 1998, with the advice of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation, pursuant to clause 26(1)(

b) of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, and subsection 72(3) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 95-11, dated January 3, 1995, as amended, by: (

a) deleting from the fourth line of paragraph (

b) thereof the words, numbers and punctuation "Thirty-seven Million Dollars ($37,000,000)" and substituting therefor the words, numbers and punctuation "Fifty Million Dollars ($50,000,000)"; and (

b) deleting from the sixth line of paragraph (

b) thereof, the word, numbers and punctuation "September 30, 1998" and substituting therefor the word, numbers and punctuation "December 31, 1998".
