MISCELLANEOUS STATUTES REPEAL 1 c. 23

CHAPTER

An Act to repeal miscellaneous obsolete Statutes (Assented to May 16, 2012) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Miscellaneous Statutes Repeal Act, 2012. S.S. 2005, c.34 repealed The Collective Bargaining Agreement Expiry Date Exception Act is repealed. S.S. 1990-91, c.C-16.01 repealed The Communications Network Corporation Act is repealed. S.S. 1998, c.O-4.1 repealed The On-farm Quality Assurance Programs Act is repealed. R.S.S. 1978, c.S-54 repealed The Soil Drifting Control Act is repealed. S.S. 1999, c.S-56.01 repealed The Special Payment (Dependent Spouses) Act is repealed.
