OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated June 20, 2017, and pursuant to

Section 9 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act , is pleased, effective June 22, 2017, to: (

a) revoke Order in Council 2015-249 dated July 24, 2015; (

b) designate the Honourable Karen Lynn Casey as Chair of Treasury and Policy Board; and (

c) designate the Honourable Kelly Regan, the Honourable Labi Kousoulis, the Honourable Mark Furey and the Honourable Iain Rankin as members of Treasury and Policy Board.
