Order in Council 1522/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act , as amended,

Jennifer J. Lawson of Fonthill

be reappointed as a member of the Regional Municipality of Niagara Police Services Board to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not to exceed two years, effective from the later of November 20, 2023 or the date this Order in Council is made.
