On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsection 57(1.1) of the Education Act and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Caroline Fletcher-Dagenais of Rockland be appointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Ontario Special Education Tribunal (French) for a fixed term effective the date this Order in Council is made and ending November 3, 2023.
