Order in Council 401/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 89(1) of the Courts of Justice Act , Dianne Carter of Richmond Hill be appointed as Children’s Lawyer for Ontario to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council, effective May 1, 2023;

And that Orders in Council OC 1759/2016 and 1089/2022 be revoked effective May 1, 2023.
