Interpretation Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance and Treasury Board dated May 21, 2014, and pursuant to

Section 16 of

Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, and clause 19(

f) of

Chapter 235 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the

Interpretation Act, is pleased to effective June 17, 2014: (

a) revoke the designation of Nova Scotia Pension Agency as a special operating agency, which designation was approved by Order in Council 2006-97, dated February 10, 2006; and (

b) revoke the operating charter of Nova Scotia Pension Agency, the establishment of which was approved by Order in Council 2008-327, dated June 17, 2008.
