OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Natural Resources dated February 16, 2011, and pursuant to

Section 7 of

Chapter 114 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Crown Lands Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Natural Resources to: (

a) acquire land located at Dutch Settlement, Halifax County, being identified as Parcels 1 & 2 shaded dark grey on the map marked

Schedule "A", attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation, from Laurie Isenor & Sons Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns for a purchase price of $1,141,000 plus any legal fees, appraisal and survey costs, subject to the condition that Laurie Isenor & Sons Limited, its trustees, approved successors and assigns, be able to certify title to the land in a manner deemed sufficient by the Department of Justice; and (

b) execute such documents as may be necessary to achieve the purposes of this Order.
