Order in Council 197/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta was reappointed a full-time member and Vice Chair of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a term of five years, effective September 3, 2013, by Order in Council O.C. 1095/2013;

And

whereas Jayashree (Jay) Sengupta tendered her resignation effective January 6, 2018;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 77(

a) of the Legislation Act, 2006 and subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code , Order in Council O.C. 1095/2013 be revoked effective January 6, 2018.
