OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Environment and Labour dated May 29, 2002, and pursuant to

Section 10 of

Chapter 475 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Trade Union Act, is pleased to amend the Trade Union Act Definition Regulations made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2001-432 dated August 30, 2001, by striking out "9" in

Section 3 and substituting "16", effective on and after May 31, 2002.
