OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Labour and Workforce Development dated November 4, 2010, and pursuant to
Section 68 of
Chapter 7 of the Acts of 1996, the Occupational Health and Safety Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint Paul Voynovich of East Bay, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, to the list of persons eligible to be designated as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, for a term of three (3) years commencing December 2, 2010; and (
b) fix the remuneration for Paul Voynovich at $400 per day while attending to the business of acting as Chair of an Occupational Health and Safety Appeal Panel, in addition to reasonable expenses incurred in the course of carrying out his duties for an appeal panel.
