Order in Council 655/2023

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas John David Sutherland was appointed as part-time member of the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario for a fixed term of two years, effective October 14, 2021, by Order in Council O.C. 1390/2021;

And

whereas John David Sutherland tendered his resignation effective March 28, 2023;

Therefore, pursuant to subsection 32(2) of the Human Rights Code, Order in Council O.C. 1390/2021 be revoked effective March 28, 2023.
