Order in Council 510/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas the Government of Ontario appointed Paula Dill as Provincial Land and Development Facilitator by Order in Council 427/2015, effective April 1, 2015, for a period not exceeding three years;

And

Whereas the Government of Ontario extended Paula Dill’s appointment as Provincial Land and Development Facilitator by Order in Council 1580/2017, effective April 1, 2018, for a period not exceeding two years;

Therefore, pursuant to the prerogative of Her Majesty The Queen in Right of Ontario to establish advisory bodies and provide for the appointment of advisors to assist Her Majesty’s Government of Ontario in the discharge of its executive obligations and responsibilities,

The appointment of Paula Dill, of the City of Toronto, as Provincial Land and Development Facilitator to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council is hereby extended for a period not exceeding six months, effective April 1, 2020.
