Order in Council 1441/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 6(1) and 6(2) of the Building Ontario Fund Act, 2024 , Brian Porter of Toronto be re-appointed as part-time member and re-designated as the chair of the board of directors of the Building Ontario Fund to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period not exceeding three years, effective November 23, 2024.
