OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Agriculture dated January 26, 2024, and upon notice of a fee increase having been presented to the Clerk of the House of Assembly in accordance with

Section 4 of

Chapter 8 of the Acts of 2007, the Fees Act , and pursuant to subsection 12(1) of

Chapter 3 of the Acts of 1994-95, the Farm Registration Act , is pleased to amend the Farm Registration Regulations , N.S. Reg. 24/2019, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 2019-28 dated February 6, 2019, to change the farm registration fees, in the manner set forth in

Schedule “A” attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, effective on and after April 1, 2024.
