OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Transportation and Public Works dated February 14, 2001, and pursuant to subsection 8(2) of
Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1997 (2nd Session), the Highway Workers Collective Bargaining Act, is pleased to: (
a) extend the term of R. Lorne MacDougall, Q.C., of Truro, Colchester County, as a member and designate him as Chair of the Highway Workers Employee Relations Board for a term of office of one (1) year commencing on March 16, 2001, and to determine his remuneration at the rate of $10,000.00 per annum, and, in addition, $150.00 per day while sitting as a Board member at a hearing, plus reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; (
b) extend the term of Charles Broderick of New Waterford, Cape Breton Regional Municipality, as a member of the Highway Workers Employee Relations Board for a term of office of one (1) year commencing on March 16, 2001, and to determine his remuneration at the rate of $2,000.00 per annum, and, in addition, $150.00 per day while sitting as a Board member at a hearing, plus reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties; and (
c) extend the term of Malcolm Boyle of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Highway Workers Employee Relations Board for a term of office of one (1) year commencing on March 16, 2001, and to determine his remuneration at the rate of $2,000.00 per annum, and, in addition, $150.00 per day while sitting as a Board member at a hearing, plus reasonable expenses as may be incurred by him in the discharge of his duties.
