OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated May 5, 2010, and pursuant to

Section 29 of

Chapter 100 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, as amended, the Corporations Miscellaneous Provisions Act, is pleased to: (

a) authorize the conveyance of two lots of land at Molega Lake, Lunenburg County, referenced as PID 60316841 and PID 60477742 and more particularly described in

Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation, to Mary Josephine Eisenhauer for consideration of $1.00; (

b) authorize the Attorney General to make, execute and deliver a Deed of Conveyance in such form as the Attorney General determines appropriate; and (

c) as conditions to the conveyance of the lands require Mary Josephine Eisenhauer to: (

i) pay the Department of Justice's fees in the amount of $1000.00; (ii) pay any arrears of real property taxes assessed on the lands; (iii) if it is necessary to migrate title to the lands, to do so at her own cost; and (iv) indemnify Her Majesty in Right of the Province for any claim that arises against Her Majesty in Right of the Province due to the vesting of the lands in Her Majesty in Right of the Province as a result of the dissolution of Arlega Investments Limited in terms acceptable to the Attorney General.
