Order in Council 669/2025

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 61(1) of the Ontario Works Act, 1997 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Catherine Holtz of Emsdale be reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Social Benefits Tribunal for a fixed term of three years, effective August 23, 2025.
