Order in Council 1103/2020

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsection 13 (1) of the Fair Access to Regulated Professions and Compulsory Trades Act, 2006 ,

Irwin Glasberg of Toronto

be appointed as full-time Fairness Commissioner for a fixed term of two years, effective August 10, 2020.

Further that Order in Council 1870/2019 be revoked, effective August 10, 2020.
