On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with
the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that the Designated Accommodation
Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013, is amended
(
a) effective July 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 1,
(
b) effective August 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 2,
(
c) effective October 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 3, and
(
d) effective November 1, 2022, as set out in the attached Appendix 4.

Appendix 1
1 Items 7 and 8 of
Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation,
B.C. Reg. 93/2013, are amended in column 4 by striking out " July 1, 2022 " and substituting " July 1, 2027 ".
2 Item 12 of
Schedule 2 is amended in column 4 by striking out " July 1, 2022 " and substituting " July 1, 2027 ".
Appendix 2
1 Item 39 of
Schedule 1 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013,
is amended in column 4 by striking out " August 1, 2022 " and substituting " August 1, 2027 ".
Appendix 3
Schedule 2 of the Designated Accommodation Area Tax Regulation, B.C. Reg. 93/2013,
is amended by adding the following item as indicated:
