On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:
Pursuant to subsections 5(1) and 5(3) of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Act, 2019, Dave Forestell of Toronto be appointed as part-time member and designated as chair of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of one year, effective the date this Order in Council is made.
Further,
whereas Dave Forestell was appointed a part-time member of the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario Board of Directors for a fixed term of four years, effective June 20, 2020, by Order in Council O.C. 1227/2021;
Therefore, Order in Council O.C. 1227/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
