Statute: Voluntary Planning Act

OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Chair of Treasury and Policy Board dated October 6, 2003, and pursuant to

Section 3 of

Chapter 496 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Voluntary Planning Act, is pleased to: (

a) revoke the appointment of Louis R. Comeau of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board; (

b) reappoint Dr. J. Colin Dodds of Halifax, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board for a term commencing June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2004; (

c) reappoint Robert D. Waldon of Bedford, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a member of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board for a term commencing June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2006; and (

d) appoint the following persons as members of the Nova Scotia Voluntary Planning Board, each for a term commencing June 1, 2003, and ending May 31, 2006: Dr. Angela Griffiths of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; Ronald E. Smith of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality; and Russell T. MacDonald of Groves Point, Cape Breton Regional Municipality.
