Section 40 of
Chapter 179 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Forests Act , is please to repeal the Christmas Tree Grading Regulations , N.S. Reg. 193/1994, made by the Governor in Council by Order in Council 94-950 dated October 11, 1994, effective on and after February 4, 2020.
