OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated August 14, 1998, pursuant to
Section 4 of
Chapter 348 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Police Act, is pleased to reappoint Franklyn Jesty of R.R.#6 Truro, Colchester County, as a member of the Nova Scotia Police Commission for a further term of office of three years commencing March 15, 1998.
