OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Education and Culture dated December 2, 1998, pursuant to

Section 88 of

Chapter 1 of the Acts of 1995-96, the Education Act, is pleased to authorize the Minister of Education and Culture, on behalf of Her Majesty the Queen in right of the Province of Nova Scotia, to execute a Development Agreement, respecting certain schools within the jurisdiction of the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board, the Strait Regional School Board and the Southwest Regional School Board in substantially the form attached to and forming part of the report and recommendation as

Schedule "A", and in due course to execute a Service Agreement for each school in substantially the form attached as a

schedule to the Development Agreement, with such amendments as the Minister may deem appropriate, together with such other documents and agreements as may be required to give effect to this Order, including without in any way limiting the generality of the foregoing, agreements with the Cape Breton-Victoria Regional School Board, the Strait Regional School Board and the Southwest Regional School Board.
