OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Health dated March 27, 2000, and pursuant to subsection 3(2) of
Chapter 420 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Senior Citizens' Secretariat Act and
Section 4 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to: (
a) revoke the designation of the Minister of Community Services as Chairman of the Senior Citizens' Secretariat and designate the Minister of Health as Chairman of the Senior Citizens' Secretariat; and (
b) assign to the Minister of Health all affairs and matters presently belonging to the Minister of Community Services relating to the Senior Citizens' Secretariat Act.
