Order in Council 1130/2019

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of South Himsworth, now in the Municipality of Powassan, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2130-232; and

the portions of highway in the Geographic Township of North Himsworth, now in the Municipality of Callander, in the District of Parry Sound, shown as Parts 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6 and 7 on Ministry of Transportation Plan P-2910-155,

being plans filed with the Record Services Unit, Northeastern Region of the Ministry of Transportation at North Bay on September 4, 2018, be designated as controlled-access highway pursuant to

section 36 of the Public Transportation and Highway Improvement Act , R.S.O. 1990,

Chapter P.50 as amended.
