OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister responsible for the Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation dated June 8, 2022, and pursuant to subsection 7H(1) of
Chapter 260 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Liquor Control Act, is pleased to approve an amendment to Nova Scotia Liquor Corporation's By-Law #5, respecting Non-Bargaining Unit Staff Compensation and Benefits, as set forth in
Schedule "A" attached to and forming part of the Report and Recommendation.
