OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice and Attorney General dated November 29, 2002, and pursuant to Sections 3, 5 and 21A of

Chapter 238 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Court Act, is pleased to, effective on and after December 17, 2002: (

a) appoint M. Alanna Murphy of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, a barrister of the Supreme Court of Nova Scotia of at least five years standing, to be a Judge of the Provincial Court for the Judicial District of the Province of Nova Scotia; and (

b) determine the salary of the said M. Alanna Murphy to be at the rate recommended from time to time by the tribunal appointed, the said salary to be in full remuneration for day and night sittings of the Provincial Court.
