OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Justice dated January 14, 2010, and pursuant to Sections 238 and 239 of
Chapter 10 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1994-95, the Workers' Compensation Act, is pleased to: (
a) re-appoint Louanne Labelle of Dartmouth, Halifax Regional Municipality, as a full-time member to serve as Chief Appeal Commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal for a term of office extending from April 1, 2011 to March 31, 2013, subject to dismissal for just cause; (
b) fix the remuneration for Louanne Labelle as Chief Appeal Commissioner of the Workers' Compensation Appeals Tribunal in accordance with a salary range equivalent to the Civil Service Management Compensation Plan (MCP 27 (1.04)) in the range of $74,410.70 to $96,733.52, subject to all applicable enactments, regulations and policies of the Public Service Commission with respect to the Management Compensation Pay Plan (MCP 27); and (
c) order that Civil Service benefits be extended to Louanne Labelle on the same terms and conditions as they are extended to members of the Civil Service.
