An Act Relating to Dalhousie College

OIC Text: The Governor in Council, on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Advanced Education dated July 8, 2024, and pursuant to

Section 1 of

Chapter 104 of the Acts of Nova Scotia, 1935,

An Act Relating to Dalhousie College , as amended, is pleased to: (

a) reappoint Joyce Hoeven of Halifax Regional Municipality (Timberlea) and Catherine MacPherson of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as members of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University, both for a term commencing July 30, 2024, and expiring on June 30, 2027; and (

b) appoint Randolph deGooyer of Halifax Regional Municipality (Halifax) as a member of the Board of Governors for Dalhousie University for a term of three (3) years commencing July 30, 2024.
