On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council, orders that, effective on the date that
section 67 (
b) of the Fish and Seafood Act , S.B.C. 2015, c. 14, comes into force, the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended as set out in the attached Schedule.

Schedule
Schedule 1 of the Violation Ticket Administration and Fines Regulation, B.C. Reg. 89/97, is amended in item 1A
(
a) in column 2 by repealing paragraphs (
b) and (c),
(
b) in paragraph (
d) of column 2 by striking out “ Fisheries Act ” and substituting “ Fish and Seafood Act ”,
(
c) in paragraph (
e) of column 2 by striking out “ Aquaculture Regulation, B.C. Reg. 78/2002 ” and substituting “ Fish and Seafood Licensing Regulation ”,
(
d) in column 2 by repealing paragraph (f), and
(
e) in column 3 by striking out “
Section 13 (1), as it pertains to operating a plant without a licence, and
section 28 of the Fisheries Act ”.
Schedule 1 is amended in item 10
(
a) in column 1 by repealing paragraphs (
a) and (
b) and by adding “ are inspectors under the Fish and Seafood Act ” after “ Persons who ”,
(
b) in column 2 by striking out “ , other than those provisions referred to in Column 3 ” ,
(
c) in column 2 by repealing paragraphs (
a) and (b),
(
d) in paragraph (
c) of column 2 by striking out “ Fisheries Act ” and substituting “ Fish and Seafood Act ”,
(
e) in paragraph (
d) of column 2 by striking out “ Fisheries Act Regulations, B.C. Reg. 140/76 ” and substituting “ Fish and Seafood Licensing Regulation ”,
(
f) in column 2 by repealing paragraph (e), and
(
g) in column 3 by striking out “
Section 13 (1), as it pertains to operating a plant without a licence, and
section
28 of the Fisheries Act ”.

a) in column 2 by striking out “ Sections 13 (1), (2), (4) and (5) and 20 (5) of the Fisheries Act ” and substituting “

b) in paragraph (
b) of column 2 by striking out “ Aquaculture Regulation, B.C. Reg. 78/2002 ” and substituting “ Fish and Seafood Licensing Regulation ”,
(
c) in column 2 by repealing paragraph (c), and
(
d) in column 3 by striking out “
