CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Family Services Act (Assented to May 19, 1981) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Family Services Amendment Act, 1981. Rev. Stat. c.F-7,

section amended

Section of The Family Services Act is amended: (

a) by adding the following subclauses after subclause (e)(vi): amended “(vii) prescribing the terms and conditions according to which funding may be provided to institutions; “(viii) prescribing the terms and conditions according to which subsidies may be provided to parents for the care of their children in an institution; “(ix) providing for the administration of programs under this Act, including the payment of grants, subsidies or any other form of funding”; (

b) by renumbering the

section as subsection 87(1); and (

c) by adding the following subsection: “

(2) The Lieutenant Governor in Council may, in the regulations, delegate any of the powers set out in clauses (1)(

a) to (
