Order in Council 629/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 3(4) of the Securities Act,

D. Grant Vingoe of Toronto

is re-appointed as a full-time member of the Ontario Securities Commission to serve at the pleasure of the Lieutenant Governor in Council for a period beginning on April 15, 2022 and ending the earlier of April 30, 2022 or the day that

section 8 of

Schedule 9 of the Protecting the People of Ontario Act (Budget Measures), 2021 is proclaimed into force; and,

Pursuant to subsections 3(5) of the Securities Act, D. Grant Vingoe is re-designated as Chair of the Ontario Securities Commission for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Commission; and,

Pursuant to subsection 3.6(6) of the Securities Act and subsection 2(3) of the Public Service Pension Plan set out in

Schedule 1, as amended, to the Public Service Pension Act , D. Grant Vingoe is, for the term of his reappointment as a member of the Ontario Securities Commission, designated and entitled to be a member of the Public Service Pension Plan.
