Order in Council 1456/2018

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

whereas , by Order in Council numbered O.C. 1696/2016, dated the 16 th day of November, 2016, Meric Gertler was appointed as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors;

and

whereas , it is necessary that his appointment as a member of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Board of Directors be revoked;

now therefore , pursuant to

section 5 of the Toronto Waterfront Revitalization Corporation Act, 2002 , Order in Council numbered O.C. 1696/2016 is revoked, effective the date of this Order in Council.
