Order in Council 183/2022

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Whereas by Order in Council numbered O.C. 366/2019, dated March 7, 2019, Jeffery A. Lang was appointed as a member of the City of London Police Services Board.

And

whereas Order in Council numbered O.C. 366/2019 dated March 7, 2019 was revised by Order in Council numbered O.C. 590/2019, dated April 11, 2019.

And

whereas Jeffery A. Lang has, in writing, resigned this appointment.

Therefore pursuant to

section 27 of the Police Services Act, as amended, Order in Council numbered O.C. 366/2019, dated March 7, 2019 and Order in Council numbered O.C. 590/2019 dated April 11, 2019 are hereby revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
