OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the President of the Executive Council dated May 30, 2012, and pursuant to
Section 11 of
Chapter 376 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Public Service Act, is pleased to, effective May 30, 2012: (
a) revoke Order in Council 2010-20; and (
b) designate the following members of the Executive Council to be members of the Policy and Priorities Committee, a committee of the Executive Council: Honourable Frank Corbett, Honourable Maureen MacDonald, Honourable Ross Landry, Honourable Maurice Smith.
