Order in Council 1136/2024

On the recommendation of the undersigned, the Lieutenant Governor of Ontario, by and with the advice and concurrence of the Executive Council of Ontario, orders that:

Pursuant to subsections 333(2) and 151(2) of the Child, Youth and Family Services Act, 2017 and subsection 16(4) of the Adjudicative Tribunals Accountability, Governance and Appointments Act, 2009 , Catherine Bickley of Toronto be reappointed as part-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term effective the later of September 1, 2024 and the date this Order in Council is made and ending January 17, 2025.

Further ,

whereas Catherine Bickley was reappointed as full-time member and vice-chair of the Child and Family Services Review Board and the Custody Review Board for a fixed term of three years, effective January 18, 2022 by Order in Council O.C. 1640/2021;

Therefore , Order in Council O.C. 1640/2021 be revoked effective the date this Order in Council is made.
