OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 29, 2006, pursuant to Sections 2(a), (b), (d), (e), 6, 16(1)(

b) and (

g) of

Chapter 30 of the Statutes of Nova Scotia, 2000, the Nova Scotia Business Incorporated Act, and Sections 59A(

a) and 59C(1) of

Chapter 365 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to: (

a) approve and consent to a decision of the Board of Directors of Nova Scotia Business Incorporated to provide financial assistance to Canadian Sailing Expeditions Inc. by way of a guarantee in an amount not to exceed $2,500,000.00 as outlined in the Report and Recommendation of the Minister of Economic Development dated June 29, 2006; (

b) authorize Nova Scotia Business Incorporated to execute the said Guarantee, in a form acceptable to the Attorney General of Nova Scotia, and such other agreements, documents and instruments as may be required to give effect to this Order.
