2003 c. 23 FILM EMPLOYMENT TAX CREDIT

CHAPTER

An Act to amend The Film Employment Tax Credit Act (Assented to June 27, 2003) HER MAJESTY, by and with the advice and consent of the Legislative Assembly of Saskatchewan, enacts as follows:

Short title This Act may be cited as The Film Employment Tax Credit Amendment Act, 2003. S.S. 1998, c.F-13.11 amended The Film Employment Tax Credit Act is amended in the manner set forth in this Act.

Section amended Subsection 4(2) is repealed and the following substituted: “

(2) Subject to the regulations, an eligible corporation shall apply pursuant to subsection (1) on or before December 31, 2004”.

Section amended The following clause is added after clause 24(1)(i): “(i.1) prescribing a date by which all applications must be received by the minister for the purposes of subsection 4(1), which date may be earlier or later than the date mentioned in subsection 4(2)”.
