OIC Text: The Governor in Council on the report and recommendation of the Minister of Finance dated December 7, 1998, with the advice of the Minister responsible for Sydney Steel Corporation, pursuant to clause 26(1)(

b) of

Chapter 456 of the Revised Statutes of Nova Scotia, 1989, the Sydney Steel Corporation Act, and subsection 72(3) of

Chapter 365 of the said Revised Statutes, the Provincial Finance Act, is pleased to amend Order in Council 95-10, dated January 3, 1995, as amended, by striking out the word, numbers and punctuation "December 31, 1998" from the sixth line of paragraph (

b) and substituting the word, numbers and punctuation "March 31, 1999".
